About the Role

LearningSpotz is looking for a passionate English Tutor to join our growing team in Pasadena, CA. As an English Tutor, you'll help students build confidence in reading comprehension, writing skills, and literary analysis. This flexible role offers the opportunity to tutor both online and in-person, tailoring your approach to each student's unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions
• Help students with homework, test preparation, and skill-building exercises

• Track student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
• Coordinate schedules and maintain clear communication with families

Qualifications

• Strong background in English, literature, or writing
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred
• Reliable internet connection for online sessions
• Located in or near Pasadena, CA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, encouraging, and passionate about education

Compensation & Schedule
