About the Role

LearningSpotz is looking for a passionate Math Tutor to join our growing team in Thousand Oaks, CA. As a Math Tutor, you'll work with students ranging from elementary to college level, helping them build confidence and excel in mathematics. Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions
• Help students with homework, test preparation, and foundational skills
• Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style and goals
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
• Coordinate schedules and maintain clear communication with families

Qualifications

• Strong mathematics background (college-level algebra and above)
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred
• Reliable internet connection for online sessions
• Located in or near Thousand Oaks, CA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Schedule

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $22–55/hr depending on experience and subject matter. Set your own schedule and work with students that match your expertise. Whether you prefer morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend sessions, you have the flexibility to choose what works best for you.
