About the Role

LearningSpotz is looking for a passionate Spanish Tutor to join our growing team in Fullerton, CA. As a Spanish Tutor, you'll help students develop fluency in conversational and academic Spanish through immersive, personalized instruction. This flexible role offers the opportunity to tutor both online and in-person, making language learning engaging and effective.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions
• Help students with homework, test preparation, and skill-building exercises
• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs and learning styles
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
• Coordinate schedules and maintain clear communication with families

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred
• Reliable internet connection for online sessions
• Located in or near Fullerton, CA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, encouraging, and passionate about language education

Compensation & Schedule
